This service is an ideal solution for suburban properties looking for added value, properties with 8-to-5 on-site service that want to extend their coverage, and firms with multiple properties.

As part of our virtual services, your tenants will receive a monthly calendar of events and monthly special offers through our numerous vetted service partners. In addition, we assist property managers with planning tenant appreciation events or branded gifts, welcome baskets for new tenants and even ideas for tenant appreciation when there is construction or other situations that may inconvenience tenants. TopTier Concierge allows the property management team to focus on running the property.
For those properties wanting some onsite concierge service, our Virtual Plus is a great option as the Virtual Concierge will periodically visit the site to talk with the tenants about the services we offer, new programs and service partners as well as other special offers. They would also be on-site during events to ensure they go off without a hitch.

Our dynamic and continuous recruiting process begins with meetings between Account Managers and our Corporate Recruiter, where they discuss, identify and evaluate specific hiring needs for each client. From there, the interview process is extensive, and includes the following:
- Preliminary screening of applicants
- Three online tests, including:
- Office grammar and spelling: Can you draft a well-written, company-wide email?
- Microsoft Word 2010: Do you know how to effectively use industry standard tools?
- 30-minute timed writing sample: Can you send important notices in a short period of time?
- Interviews with TopTier Concierge Recruiters
- Second interview with corporate management such as Account Managers and the Vice President
- Drug and background testing
- Concierge Service Academy exams
We provide added support for our employees even after the interview process is complete—during their first 90 days, we meet with employees consistently to review and provide feedback on their performance. This review is the first of many to ensure employees uphold the highest level of service on a consistent basis.
